What Is Included in a Corporate Membership
$3,500 | January 2026 through December 2026
Each Corporate Membership includes four named members who each hold full membership privileges independently. Members can hunt, fish, train dogs, entertain clients, and book the grounds — all on their own schedules without coordinating with one another.
Hunting and Shooting Access
- Hunt pheasant every day the preserve is open, starting September 22
- Discounted per-bird pricing when paying as you go ($3.00 off per pheasant based on availability)
- 10% discount on pheasant tower shoots — our 12-station driven shoot for up to 24 hunters
- Grouse hunting follows New Hampshire hunting regulations
- Priority booking for hunting time slots
Fly Fishing Access
- Access Clear Stream, which runs through the heart of the property
- Fish five on-site trout ponds for catch-and-release angling
- The Androscoggin River and Lake Umbagog are within a five-minute drive
- No-kill fly fishing included in membership access year-round
Dog Training
- Fields and ponds available for dog training year-round
- Birds available for dog training year-round, not just during hunting season

Bird Packages Available to Corporate Members
- 100-Pheasant Package: $2,500 (save $5 per bird vs. standard pricing)
- 50-Pheasant Package: $1,325 (save $3.50 per bird vs. standard pricing)
Once birds on account are used, RiverVail Ranch cannot guarantee additional bird availability. In the event of a pheasant shortage, other game birds may be substituted.

What is the credit card surcharge policy?
Due to bank fees, a 3% charge is added to all credit card transactions. Checks are preferred.
