Time slots can be purchased at the Roost Clubhouse, located at 8 Buffalo Farm Road, Errol, NH. All hunters must be off the property by 4:00 pm when the ranch office closes.
Ground pheasant hunting season begins September 22. Grouse follows New Hampshire state hunting regulations.

What Is Tower Shooting?
Unlike traditional ground hunting where dogs flush birds from cover, tower shooting involves pheasants being released from a central tower at height, presenting fast, high, and unpredictable targets. The challenge and excitement are unlike any other form of bird hunting.
Tower Shoot Format
- 12 stations with 2 shooters per station (24 hunters total)
- 300 birds released per event
- Hunters rotate stations at the sound of the bell
- Shot birds retrieved by experienced picker-ups with retrieving dogs
- Hearty post-shoot lunch at the Roost Clubhouse included
- Liability waiver required upon arrival
- Well-trained bird dogs are welcome — dog handlers are on-site
- Hunter orange required for all participants

Each 3-hour hunting slot requires a minimum purchase of six birds. Birds are priced daily and charged in addition to the $60 slot fee.

Do I need a hunting license?
