RiverVail Ranch, makes a great headquarters for enjoying hunting, fishing and other outdoor recreation, year-round. We pride ourselves on providing warm and inviting atmosphere to each and every one of our guest. We welcome guests who wish to stay at our rustic cabins, our Hayloft bungalow or our restored farmhouse, the Damm House Inn which offers simple, elegant accommodations with four well-appointed bedrooms ranging from single to king-size beds. Outside the wraparound porch is great for an afternoon tea or post-activity cocktail. All registered guests are encouraged to enjoy our ranch property and view our herds of bison & elk. We love our pets and are dog-friendly.
The Hayloft at RiverVail Ranch
The Hayloft: 1,100-sq. foot bungalow above the main office of RiverVail Ranch. It boasts an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen and features a queen bedroom, two twins bedroom, futon in the living area along with a billiards table. A large deck with gas grill and outdoor fire pit for those cool autumn nights!
The Hayloft $250/daily rate-two night minimum (for up to 4 guests-additional guest $40/night, 6 guests max) – Two dogs allowed at $50/night/per dog
The Nook at RiverVail Ranch
The Nook: a perfect couple’s getaway featuring a one-room suite with queen-size bed, a futon, dining area, cozy kitchen and a 3/4 bath. Featuring a private deck with mountain views. Offering a tranquil setting and sounds of the Clear Steam, home to native brook trout. Our registered guest are welcomed to fly fish (catch and release only) while enjoying spectacular sunsets!
The Nook and Tea House $195/daily rate-two night minimum (3 guest max) plus tax NH rooms tax – One dog allowed at $50/night
The Damm House Inn at RiverVail Ranch
The Damm House Inn offers simple, elegant accommodations with four well-appointed bedrooms ranging from single to king-size beds. Outside the wraparound porch is great for an afternoon tea or post-activity cocktail. All registered guests are encouraged to enjoy our ranch property and view our herds of bison & elk. We love our pets and are dog-friendly. Whether you are gathering with family or a group of friends to enjoy the great outdoors, the Damm House Inn will create lasting memories!
The Damm House $495/daily rate-two night minimum (10 guests max) – No pet allowed
Suites also available at $250/daily rate-two night minimum (sleeps up to 4 guests with private bath).
The Tea House at RiverVail Ranch - Closed Nov.-April
The Tea House: a charming stream side cabin with a queen-size bed, small kitchen, sitting/dining area and bath with a clawfoot tub. The deck and firepit make your stay charming and tranquil.
